The Committee of Adjustment consists of all members of Council. This Committee meets at 7:00 pm on the first Monday of each month. Planning applications, other than minor variances such as zoning by-law amendments, consents and official plan amendments are considered by the Committee of the Whole on the first Monday of each month following the Committee of Adjustment meeting if any.
