Purpose and effect

The purpose of this Minor Variance application is to construct a detached accessory structure/garage in the front yard of a residential zoned parcel. Section 3.2.4 stipulates that accessory structures for residential zones shall be erected and used in the rear yard and/or in the interior side yard. The variance seeks to vary Section 3.2.4 to permit a detached accessory structure/garage to be located in the front yard of a residential zoned parcel.

Zoning: Residential Low Density - R1
