1. Application No. MV02-2026, public meeting to be heard during Committee of Adjustment Meeting
Location of the property: 33810 Paul Bunyan Road, Range L Lot 5 PT Lot 6, Bayfield, Municipality of Bluewater
Purpose and effect
The purpose of this Minor Variance application is to permit an accessory structure, proposed to be a washroom facility, at a decreased setback from the required front yard. The variance seeks relieve to Section 29.4 to permit a washroom structure at a setback
of 16 metres when 25 metres is required.

2. Application No. MV03-2026, public meeting to be heard during Committee of Adjustment Meeting
Location of the property: 35 Edward Street, Plan 325 Lots 128B & 129, Bayfield, Municipality of Bluewater
Purpose and effect
The purpose of this Minor Variance application is to permit the reconstruction of an industrial building which has legal non-complying status under the Zoning by-law. Under Section 2 Definitions, a legally established building may be reconstructed, provided the replacement building is the same footprint or within the same footprint as the building it replaces.
The proposed building has a larger footprint than the building to be replaced so the variance has been submitted to seek relief to permit the larger footprint. Section 2 Definitions for Reconstruct or Reconstruction stipulates the reconstruction of a non-complying building means a replacement building with the same footprint or within the same footprint as the building it replaces.
The variance seeks relief to Section 2 Definition for Reconstruct or Reconstruction to permit a replacement building at a larger setback than the current building to be replaced. The current building is approximately 323.8 square metres and the replacement building is proposed to be approximately 492.4 square metres.
