1. Application No. MV05-2024, to be heard during Committee of Adjustment Meeting
Location of the property: 72777 Ravine Drive, legally described as Plan 536 Lot 26
Purpose and effect
The purpose of this Minor Variance application is to allow accessory buildings and structures (including a pool) in the front yard and to permit a setback from top-of-bank of 9.1 metres when 30 metres is required. Vary Section 3.2.4 to permit accessory buildings and structures (including a pool) in the front yard. Vary Section 3.30.4 to permit a top of bank setback of 9.1 metres when 30 metres is required. The property is not the subject of any other application under the Planning Act or for approval of a plan of subdivision or consent.
2. Application No. MV06-2024, to be heard during Committee of Adjustment Meeting
Location of the property: 73645 LaPorte Street, legally described as Plan 106, Lot 3
Purpose and effect
The purpose of this Minor Variance application is to allow the reconstruction of a legally existing cottage in the NE2 zone at an increased height. Vary Section 21.3 to permit a replacement dwelling with a height of 6.51 metres. The property is not the subject of any other application under the Planning Act or for approval of a plan of subdivision or consent.
