Calls for Expression of Interest—6 Municipal Road

The Municipality of Bluewater is seeking expressions of interest for the sale of marketable land at 6 Municipal Road, Bayfield. This call for expressions of interest comes following discussions by Council on November 4th regarding an application under the Municipality's Highway Closure and Disposition of Land Policy. Call for expression of interest packages are available digitally or in-person at the municipal offices. Interested bidders should review the package for full details regarding the land and the submission process. Expressions of interest will be accepted until 3 p.m. local time on Friday, December 20th, 2024.
