Licensing Update for Short-Term Rental Businesses

At the September 18th Council meeting, Council passed an amendment to the short-term rental by-law that requires all existing STRs to be licensed by September 30th, 2023.

All applications for STRs after September 30th, 2023, will be considered new applications and location restrictions will apply.
