Book a Facility

Our ice, halls, pavilions and auditoriums are available to rent for your functions. For events, each hall provides tables and chairs, kitchen and bar areas and a stage.

Whether you are looking for time on the ice or to host an event at a hall or pavilion, we can help find the right facility for your activity. Here is a list of frequently asked questions that may help you decide which facility is right for your event:

You will need your event date, time, number of attendees, equipment needed (e.g., tables and chairs). You will also need to let us know if your event will be licensed to sell or serve alcohol as licensed events are subject to the municipal alcohol policy.  

To request a copy of the municipal alcohol policy, please contact the administrative assistant to the Facilities department.

Payment can be made at the venue on the day of the event using:

  • cash
  • debit
  • cheque

Credit cards are not currently accepted.

Tables and chairs are included with the hall bookings: our facilities staff can set up and take down tables and chairs for your functions. Please advise us at the time of booking how many of each are needed and how you would like them arranged.

Items like beer or liquor cups, utensils, etc. are included in kitchen and bar rentals for additional fees.

For ticket ice, 24-hours notice is accepted. Our facilities are booked on a first-come-first served basis, so the more notice, the better.
