Each year, the municipal water service operator, Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA), provides the municipality with reports on each water and wastewater system. If you do not see the report that you are looking for in the listing, please contact the utilities clerk to request a copy.
Water reports
Elsewhere on municipal website pages, you might find reference to the Hensall-Zurich Water Distribution System. Prior to 2023, Hensall and Zurich operated as separate water systems and performance was reported separately. The 2024 reports reflect the combined Hensall-Zurich system.
