Speaking Before Council

If you wish to present at a meeting of Council, please complete the Delegation Request Form. These forms are available by request to the Corporate Services Department.

Completed delegation requests must be submitted by noon on the Tuesday prior to the scheduled meeting date, including all presentation material. No material will be distributed at the meeting.  The Clerk reserves the right to withhold any correspondence from the agenda, any item that may be considered inappropriate or offensive in nature.

A person wishing to address Council or a Committee may speak for up to ten minutes.  Extensions to these limits will be at the discretion of Council. 

Please ensure that any information that may be personal in nature is removed from this written material as it becomes a part of the public Council agenda package.
