Energy Conservation and Demand Management Plan

In 2019, the Municipality of Bluewater created an Energy Conservation and Demand Management Plan to meet the requirements of O. Reg 507/18. It was created with input from many departments. The plan outlines the municipality's commitment to energy conservation.

The plan summarizes annual our annual energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions for places like our arenas and sewage treatment plants. It also describes our past, present, and future energy use and describes how the municipality plans to conserve and lower energy use.
